Why is ICE seizing anything outside of whoever they supposedly had a warrant for? Did the warrant say take all electronics and valuables as they are being used to hide/fund someone we don’t like, but the people that live their, yeah their fine let them be? Like what? How is this not just want to be terrorists fucking over people with impunity?
Trump and his buddies have been raking in the money, why do working people have issues? These polls are leaving him no choice but to go after the polls until they start being more favorable to him.
Him and 500 law firms filed an amicus brief stating that the courts and the rule of law need to stand up to this out of control executive branch.
Now it’s up to the courts to decide if the law bends the knee.
So looking over these numbers I have many questions, and I wish they had a breakdown of what people sell reported as instead of just the overall number of people surveyed, because I think was a good number of people trying to skew things (I hope at least - or else I really don’t understand).
Like comparing the 2 charts below for example:
So despite 39% of those surveyed thinking Trump is great, only 18% of them think he is doing great. While 57% of people surveyed think unfavorable of Trump, while only 39% think he is doing a horrible job.

Forty-two percent of Independents say Trump has the wrong priorities, 30 percent say an even mix, 9 percent believe he has the wrong priorities and 19 percent don’t know.
This sounds like they are going to deliver a truck that everyone is going to want/need to upgrade at least something, and are depending on this post-production upsell to keep things going. Reminds me of the Apple tax of only bare minimum RAM and you can pay a premium to upgrade it to something usable. And for Slate this fits well with the “customer can service/upgrade everything outside of battery stuff” as this lowers their overhead, and then are making a deal with a chain to do the servicing as the only alternative (and depending on which chain that is, and if the one near you is run well, could make this wildly different experience).
The article says they will have a 240 mile battery upgrade available at some point, that can be done at some yet undisclosed service center (article assumes a car service chain).

And, they battle each case in court where people in the US are trying to get them back showing they were illegally kidnapped. So even when provided evidence they disappeared someone illegally, they are still fighting to keep them in one of these unregulated death camps.
Due process is dead, ICE is now the Kings Guard sweeping up dissidents, minorities, and whoever else they/he want(s).
My hope is we (NY) withhold what we would get in school funding from our federal taxes, or maybe we just stop paying them. Get all the Blue states to stop paying for the Red ones and maybe we can stop letting this asshole use economic threats to get States to submit to his bullshit.

I remember when department stores ruled, and had actual pull. The “right” store could anchor your plaza/mall and they could demand aot. One of the oldest, but fun ones, was Service Merchandise. Even within the store you found what you wanted and filled out a ticket and brought it to a counter, your item would then come out of the warehouse on a conveyor belt which as a kid was like magic lol. Also going to a Kmart or similar store and putting that “must have” item on layaway was also cool.

And almost certainly knowing that if someone saw her miscarriage she would be arrested and thus tried to hide the fetus in a dumpster instead of seeking medical attention. Yeah, that’s some weird ass shit. And I love the defense lawyers story, that they made up all these detailed and wacky things, because they were denied overtime.

And a law firm depending on federal contracts doesn’t make much when the President singles you out and threatens to end you. I mean sure, you could try and fight it in court, but if he rigs the judiciary against you your outcome isn’t promising.
He isn’t even gone from the government, Trump is moving him to be ambassador to the U.N.
And this isn’t happening because of what he did, but because he got caught. He put on display how none of Trump’s hires have any qualifications, and that he is a complete idiot with his denial story. He was then proven even dumber when his claims of no classified material were again proven to be wrong by the reporter publishing proof.
