The US is facing an unprecedented decline in tourism revenue in 2025, standing alone among major global economies in this downturn largely due to the impact of the America First policy.
If the world doesn’t have a major depression there will not be an impact on the areas you wish there were. They will use it to destroy blue states. They’ve checkmated us. We need our allies to understand what is happening and react already.
I do what I can for blue states and liberal values and institutions - but I’m absolutely not travelling to a country ruled by idiots who hate me and might throw me in a cell for no reason. As if I’d want to stay in their version of USA permanently anyway…
Please don’t travel the people in those countries don’t deserve it. Plus every where you will go you still will be you so it won’t make things better. You have a lot of growing that needs to be done from within before your ready. have you ever been to Florida?

japan, and south america, and asia are alternative destinations.
Yup, gonna have some trips around Southeast and East Asia as well as Australia and NZ… probably Canada one day as well.
Especially Chile has some incredible landscapes I’d love to experience as well
