Yes, but I’d say it goes further. Using it until it evaporates isn’t a side effect of some other cooling process. Evaporating the water is the cooling process.

Agreed. I’m not saying that “collapse is imminent is accurate”, but don’t act like these are mutually exclusive when the idiom “a candle that burns twice as bright burns half as long” is accurate (to itself - literally the candle).

I think the idea is that for one, the front screen can be smaller and more easily used because the main screen is bigger. On the other hand, the main screen is bigger, allowing it to act as a tablet without having to carry a second device. On top of all that, it still fits in your pocket.

That looks like a timer, possibly from another device. “Living Room Display” makes me think it’s from a display of some sort - possibly a Nest Hub? Did you maybe set a timer at some point and it misheard the length and set an absurdly long timer?
