If you have any history of diagnosis or treatment for ADHD you’re fucked if they get this far. These people don’t care about the differences. I’ve taken stimulants for a decade, and considering the only thing between this administration and those records are a call to Walmart? I’ve got my passport close and am job hunting in Sweden/Germany.
First they came for the socialists immigrants, and I did not speak out, because I was not an socialist immigrant. <-- WE ARE HERE
Then they came for the tradeunionists transgendered people, and I did not speak out, because I was not a tradeunionist transgendered person.
Then they came for the Jews neurodivergent, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew neurodivergent.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Fr if anyone in the EU wants to host me I’ll be your (32m,pan,switch,cd) live-in maid while I job hunt. Please inquire within.
Naw you nailed the joke but markko has a good point as well. I wouldve quoted after the ellipses, personally, but my internettiquette is still very much a product of my play-by-post RPG forum days.

but it has to be done in a way that doesn’t put an excessive burden on the community as a whole by creating safety hazards for other people.
A community in a society concerned about supporting these people from the beginning, not just trying to fix the most visible symptom, would not see the presence of a fellow human being as a ‘safety hazard’ or ‘burden’ but would rightly see it as a failure of their society to take care of the vulnerable.

My dude can we not gatekeep homelessness‽ Lack of a home in societies with abundance is a systemic issue stemming from the diversion of tax funds away from supporting those who desperately need it. Just because the Starbucks people are human enough to give the guy a cup of coffee while he charges the best chance he has at getting the support doesn’t mean he is the problem.
Dehumanization of any population is the issue. Your neighbor is not a subhuman to you, nor you to him (I hope) but suddenly the neighbor a few blocks down is a subhuman? What’s the local “radius of exclusion” before we start othering more humans?
