Hypocrisy has never stopped him before and the immunity he’s been granted is very broad.
If he did, he wouldn’t have to dig up stuff that’s been in the public domain for years.

Right? Accessing non-public information related to legal proceedings could very well be breaking the law. This is the sort of thing that could be actionable, in criminal or civil court.

But I also brought up civil court for a reason. Trump doesn’t really have direct leverage there and the discovery process could be very interesting in a case like that. A victim involved in the Epstein case may very well have standing to bring a civil suit if Musk is making information that’s harmful to them public.

So I’m going to go out on a limb and say Elon doesn’t actually know any more than the rest of us. And it also doesn’t really matter either way, Trump was a rapist before and a rapist after.

As much as I believe that Trump is in the Epstein files, I don’t believe Musk has any info about this. Remember this is the same guy that called the person trying to rescue those kids in a cave a pedophile with zero evidence. Musk can not be trusted, even is it’s something you want to believe.

Epstein wanted to get to Musk so he set Musk’s brother up with someone and Kindall introduced Musk to Epstein. Kendall ended up Epstein’s friend. We don’t know what happened between Epstein and musk But I can almost guarantee you that it didn’t involve Legal consensual adult interactions.
