As a german I am sorry for Palantir, Peter Thiel (and by extension Elon Musk), Adolf and Donald Trump. We are just not exporting the best we’ve got and I am terribly sorry for that. We will try and change that in the near future.
That cunts doesn’t get nearly enough negative attention. He’s the real ‘brains’ of the operation.
The investment, held in one of Miller’s children’s brokerage accounts, raises conflict of interest red flags as the tech company continues to play a substantial role in the work of U.S. immigration officials.
Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin called the group’s report “very silly”
… This is the same official spokesperson that downplayed concerns about Trump trying to shut down the office of Civil Rights and Liberties, and then like a month later defended DHS and the Pentagon hooking federal employees up to a lie detector test to find leaks
The watchdog group that obtained Miller’s filing identified 11 other administration officials who either currently hold or have owned stock in Palantir, though none with holdings as large as Miller.
Guess he has a vested interest in acting like a hateful psychopath, and gleefully breaking apart families. It’s good for business.
This ghoul has CHILDREN?
Looks like he tried to hide the stocks, And was too stupid to do it right. Open an LLC investment group with somebody else’s name.duh
I think miller may be the little man behind the curtain
Erm… no shit Sherlock? Palantir is his fucking company? He founded it?
Not to say he isn’t a shitstain on this planet, but this is not news?
Palantir Technologies was co-founded by Peter Thiel, Alex Karp, Joe Lonsdale, and Stephen Cohen in 2003
Yes, that’s what I said, reduced to the relevance of this headline.
The headline is that Stephen Miller of the Trump administration, owns stock in Palantir. Miller is not Peter Thiel. Miller is the angry bald guy that is always dramatically screaming we should be more aggressive with deportation policy.
Because he, and 10 others in the administration, own stock in the company that also receives millions in federal contracts regarding immigration and deportation, one might suggest Miller has a vested interest in the policies he is always aggressively screaming about being necessary for America’s safety.
Considering that even the conservative Cato institute has said the deportation policies outlined in the big beautiful bill, will ultimately cost tax payers trillions of dollars to fund, one might suggest that the policies Miller and others in the administration have put forth, are actually driven by greed rather than any ideology or belief that what they are doing is in America’s best interest.
The blurb mentioning Thiel’s company is to provide context to the reader about how much money his company has already made under this administration.
Given that Thiel and the entire administration do all seem to be in agreement that democracy should be dismantled in order for a ruling class of chosen elite to take it’s place, one might begin to wonder, if that is really a good idea. It would seem then, that it is as newsworthy as anything else documenting more blatant corruption and scamming of America by the chosen elite who are leading this administration, and hoping to convince everyone what they’re doing is in America’s best interest.
I’m never surprised how absolutely blatantly corrupt this regime is. Rage inducing.
Stephen Miller is a cuck bitch Nazi who has still refused to respond to my challenge to a bare handed fight to the death.
Pussy.
Of course he does. MAGAts do corruption well.
it was an easy stock call.
Same with jail stocks, but only shitty humans profit off blood money.
I am not a lawyer, but I am pretty sure that if you, as a child, have your parent fraudulently open an account in your name (like so they can avoid taxes or scrutiny or whatever), you can sue your parent for every single dollar they put in that account and then later took out of it. And because minors are not allowed to file lawsuits, the statute of limitations does not even start ticking until the child turns 18. Maybe we should all make sure that children like Steven Millers’ are aware of these facts.
Well by draining the swamp they meant building a dam that created a lake.
These jackals are always whining about Democratic insider trading, and here they are doing it themselves, and hiding it in their child’s account. At least corrupt Dems like Pelosi and Schumer own it themselves.
Stephen “PeeWee Himmler” Miller is Grima Wormtongue, whispering poison into HitlerPig’s miraculously healed ear.
Pointing at Stephen Miller and exclaiming “Conflict of interest!” is like arriving late to a party and then farting quietly in a corner.
The Donvict’s cabinet all have ties to shady contractors and taking the tax payers to the cleaners?? Ya don’t say!! Alex Karp is the CEO of Palantir. His hair makes the “Aliens” meme guy look that much more amazing and he says way dumber shit. You’d totally trust that guy with tax payer money right??
edit: Side note, a Palantir executive was 1 of 4 Techbros awarded rank of LT. FUCKING COL in the Army Reserves. Just because. No they didn’t earn that shit and it was just literally handed to them.
I used to work for a small programming/consulting company that had somehow secured their own $12 million annual piece of federal pork. The money was ostensibly for “improving” manufacturing in our state so they couldn’t just pocket that money. Instead, one of our employees administered the fund from a rented closet-sized office elsewhere in our city and doled it out to other companies which in turn hired our company’s consultants at absurd hourly rates (for example I was paid about $40 an hour but was billed out at over $300 an hour) to do shitty work on useless projects.
This was only one of our scams. We also hired retired colonels from the various services and paid them $200K a year to not show up very often - we had an entire wing of usually-empty offices for these people while those of us actually doing some work here and there were packed like dogs into cubicle kennels. These colonels helped us secure lucrative defense contracts.
The funniest part of this job was listening to my bosses raving about how “welfare queens” were destroying the country.
I’m guessing there were no improvements to manufacturing unless you count “assembled in the USA” stamps.
Our only actual “improvements” helped companies hire unskilled labor instead of union tradespeople.
